Fiona became a member of the CMTO in July 2014. She has studied various massage techniques, including Swedish massage, myofascial trigger point therapy, lymphatic drainage, and pregnancy massage. Additionally, she has completed courses in cupping (using silicone cups), fascial taping, and rock blades for fascial therapy.

Fiona has been a resident of Wasaga Beach for the last three years and enjoys spending her free time hiking, biking, and exploring the outdoors with her dog.
