Michelle has a solid educational foundation in health and fitness. She earned her diploma as a Health, Fitness, and Nutrition Consultant with honors from Everest College in Sudbury, Ontario. In addition to her degree, she holds certifications as a CanFit Pro Personal Trainer and Group Fitness Trainer, as well as First Aid and CPR.
With years of experience, Michelle has accumulated significant expertise in the field. She has held key positions at various institutions, including Personal Trainer at Tristyle Inc., Exercise Therapist/Assistant at Advantage Physiotherapy & Sports Injury Clinic, and currently, in addition to her Personal Trainer role, she serves as a Patient Experience Coordinator at Body ‘n Balance Physio & Wellness Clinic. Michelle has spent 10 years as a personal trainer in a physiotherapy clinic setting, working closely with physiotherapists in a rehabilitation environment.

Michelle is dedicated to making fitness enjoyable for everyone. She aspires to add more certifications to her credentials, including healthy eating, weight loss coaching, active aging, fascia movement assessments, and fit pregnancy classes. Her goal is to gain further knowledge and run specialized classes for Body ‘n Balance’s patients.
In her leisure time, Michelle enjoys running, reading, fitness, and listening to classical piano music.
