Michelle Fisher is a CanFit Pro-certified personal trainer with over a decade of experience helping individuals achieve their fitness and wellness goals. Voted Simcoe County's Best Personal Trainer and Best Fitness Instructor/Trainer for two years in a row (2023 and 2024), Michelle has built a stellar reputation in our community.

A graduate of Everest College in Sudbury, Ontario, Michelle earned her diploma in Health, Fitness, and Nutrition Consulting with honors. She is certified as a CanFit Pro Personal Trainer and Group Fitness Trainer and holds First Aid and CPR credentials.

Michelle’s career spans diverse roles, including working as a personal trainer at Tristyle Inc., an exercise therapist/assistant at Advantage Physiotherapy & Sports Injury Clinic, and currently, a personal trainer and Patient Experience Coordinator at Body ‘n Balance Physio & Wellness Clinic. Her 10 years of experience in a physiotherapy clinic setting have uniquely positioned her to bridge the gap between fitness and rehabilitation, working closely with physiotherapists to create comprehensive wellness plans.

What sets Michelle apart is her client-centered approach. Whether leading personalized training sessions or dynamic group fitness classes, Michelle empowers individuals to move confidently toward their goals. She specializes in designing tailored workout plans that prioritize each client’s unique needs, promoting not only physical strength but also resilience and self-confidence.

Looking ahead, Michelle is committed to expanding her expertise with certifications in areas such as healthy eating, weight loss coaching, active aging, fascia movement assessments, and pre/postnatal fitness. Her vision includes running specialized classes for Body ‘n Balance patients to make fitness accessible and enjoyable for everyone.

Outside of her professional life, Michelle enjoys running, reading, and listening to classical piano music. Her motivational philosophy can be summed up in her favorite mantra: “Just Keep Moving.”
