Tristen Stableforth

Tristen graduated from the University of Western Ontario with a Bachelor's of Health Sciences degree in 2017. Afterwards, he moved abroad to Norwich, UK, where he completed his Master's of Science in Physiotherapy degree in 2021. Tristen began practicing as a Physiotherapist in the UK for a year, gaining experience in elderly rehabilitation and musculoskeletal health. Through his experience, he has found that he enjoys treating his patients holistically, with a personal and goal-oriented approach. With a keen interest in fitness and a dedication to investing time into it, he finds fulfillment in motivating his patients through movement.
Throughout his life, Tristen has been an active member in competitive sports, including soccer and volleyball. In his spare time, he enjoys outdoor activities such as hiking, snowboarding, golfing, running, and photography. In the near future, he endeavors to specialize his practice in the area of golf performance and rehabilitation. Having grown up and lived in Creemore for over 20 years, Tristen looks forward to contributing to the community through his practice at Body n Balance.
